Nuon Archive
Nuon Archive allows for the transfer and storage of DICOM image files from direct sources and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems). As a cloud-based solution, it serves as an ideal backup for local databases. Once connected to the internet, images stored in the cloud can be viewed at maximum resolution and quality via the browser-based Nuon View program and our analysis software dicomPACS®.
Nuon Share
Nuon Share is a communication platform designed for sharing data with external partners, facilitating telemedicine. Exchanging images and medical findings with colleagues, specialists, and patients is straightforward. Recipients receive an email containing a link to specific files, with no need for local software installation.
Viewing Archived Images and Documents
Images can be viewed directly through our dicomPACS® image management system or with the Nuon View program. Nuon View is a cross-platform application compatible with all browsers and mobile devices. In addition to image viewing, it offers numerous image processing and measuring functions. Structured templates facilitate report writing, and using Nuon View requires no local software installation.
Security and Data Protection
Nuon guarantees secure and cost-effective storage of large quantities of data in the cloud, including DICOM images, documents, and attachments. Adhering to the highest security standards, your documents are stored and automatically backed up in your Nuon archive. The servers are physically located in Germany and are subject to the German Data Protection Directive. This setup mitigates risks associated with malware and data loss due to hardware failure. The service is scalable, allowing adjustments in storage space as demand fluctuates.
