At Nuon Imaging, we respect the dignity and independence of all individuals and are committed to providing full and equal access to our facility, communications, and website for everyone, including persons with disabilities.
Communication
We are committed to effective, respectful communication. Upon request, we will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services at no cost to ensure accessibility. We also accept Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) and Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls via 711.
Website Access
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and comply with applicable Canadian accessibility laws, including the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and relevant provincial regulations.
If you use assistive technology, our website is designed to be compatible with screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, and voice recognition software.

Assistive Devices
Visitors are welcome to use their own assistive devices while accessing our services. If a personal device is not compatible with our facility, we will work with you to find an accessible alternative.
Companions & Service Animals
We welcome guide dogs, service animals, and support persons accompanying individuals with disabilities. Our staff is trained to provide respectful assistance when requested, with sensitivity and discretion.
Service Interruptions
If a facility or feature that supports accessibility is temporarily unavailable, we will post a notice promptly, including the reason for the disruption and expected timeframe for resolution.
Staff Training
All Nuon Imaging staff receive regular training on accessibility standards, inclusive communication, and how to offer respectful, helpful support to customers with disabilities.
Policy Modifications
We will make reasonable modifications to our policies, practices, or procedures when necessary to ensure accessible service.
